Blink Home Delivery has a different refund/cancellation policy than Blink orders that are picked up at your local pharmacies. For Home Delivery, once the order is processed, we are unable to refund the order, because the medication will already be packaged and fulfilled by the pharmacy partner. It may be possible to cancel your order prior to processing, though the amount of time to process your order may be as little as a few minutes. Call 1 (844) 312-5905 if you would like to cancel your order. Refunds are processed immediately, though it may take a few days for it to show up on your credit or debit card statement.
